Poland's e-recepta is an electronic prescription stored in the national e-health system. Patients can receive a four-digit access code by SMS or email, view prescriptions in the Internetowe Konto Pacjenta or mojeIKP application, or use an information printout.
At the pharmacy, present the access method required for your prescription—commonly the code together with PESEL, or the barcode in mojeIKP. Validity and repeat-supply rules depend on the medicine and prescription instructions.
